Tecalux has been dealing with heat treatment for more than thirty years, with specialization in melting furnaces, billet oven and aging ovens applied to the production and extrusion of aluminium. Ovens are one of the parts most subject to wear in production plants even if less evident. In addition to mechanical wear, refractories and combustion components are subject to physiological wear made by combustion which in the long run affect their productivity, economy of use and operational safety. Completely replacing the old furnaces with new ones, beside the important financial investment, is an operation often made complex by the accessibility to the work area for install the new one.

After an inspection, our team of ingeneers and specialized technicians is able to propose and operate revamping of various levels, as well as on our systems or on most produced by the main international manufacturers. We are at your disposal for any refurbishment or supply of refractories, rollers and supports, combustion heads, combustion systems, electrical parts and management software. We also provide assistance for the ordinary periodic operations of regulation and fumes analysis. We produce customized spare parts as well as design and build custom ovens and systems from scratch.
