Our technical department design industrial machines and systems using the most advanced mechanical CAD platforms managing customized solutions based on the real customer needs. Starting simply from an idea, we realize complete projects with the aim to satisfy every aspect in terms of performance and reliability. Our work platforms include the latest CAD and FEM technologies in addition to the classic reverse engineering methodologies. This allows us the creation of new machines, the design and manufacture of spare parts and the creation of solutions to be adapted at any existing systems.

Our internal mechanical workshop and automation department allows us to integrate the design directly with the realization of the final machines and components. In this way the machines, spare parts and systems designed are created and tested verifying and correcting the original design in real time. The deep experience gained allows us to operate in various industrial mechanical fields with a high specialization in heat treatment furnaces and aluminium extrusion lines.
